Mike Peat
Principal
Mike is an experienced practitioner with over 20 years’ experience in water policy, river health, and environmental water management, underpinned by a background in freshwater ecology and deep knowledge of the Murray–Darling Basin.
Mike is passionate about bringing people together to develop a shared understanding of how water management challenges can be overcome. He has a strong track record of collaboration with communities, industry, and government agencies to help balance environmental and water use needs.
Mike has a PhD in Applied Science and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Honours) from the University of Canberra.
