Tim Gordon

Tim Gordon is Executive Partner at Gilbert + Tobin where he works with the firm’s Chair and CEO on developing and implementing the firm’s strategy and operations. In his transactional practice, Tim advises listed companies and private equity fund managers in relation to mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, joint ventures, restructurings and regulatory investigations.
Tim has extensive experience advising on transactions around critical infrastructure assets including natural resources and agriculture.
Tim is a member of the Law Committee of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and an officer of the Securities Law Committee of the International Bar Association. Tim has been involved with assisting with the establishment of what is now Watertrust Australia since 2017.
