Charlie Morgan

Program Manager

Charlie brings over 15 years of experience in designing, managing and coordinating impactful programs of work for catchments and their communities. She is driven by designing and fostering partnership-based catchment management approaches as well as in the power of holistic evaluation to ensure all feel connected to purpose.

Charlie has spent the last decade building and then leading a waterway health Partnership in Queensland focussed on integrated catchment health reporting and fostering stewardship amongst a wide range of partners spanning agriculture, heavy industry, science, government, Traditional Owners and community.

In addition, Charlie has been conducting evaluative work included facilitating Theory of Change workshops for a range of organisations focussed on tracking the impact of their waterway health investment to demonstrate impact and maintain momentum.

Previously Charlie held the role of Reef Trust Partnership Director at the Great Barrier Reef Foundation where she coordinated the $443m Partnership including overseeing directly the delivery of the $36m Integrated Monitoring and Reporting Component of the Grant.

Charlie holds as Masters of Applied Science in Protected Area Management and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Environmental Science.
